Father's Day 2013

Making daddy's picture frame!

Today was Daddy's 2nd Father's Day!  We had a yummy breakfast and headed out to visit Grandpa and Grandma Cook.  

Of course you had to deliver Grandpa's present too!

It was so nice you got to play outside on the deck and Mommy got some good pictures!

Beginning of Summer FUN...

So I haven't been doing the best at updating the blog, you have kept me VERY busy since our summer vacation has started, Miss Gianna.   Here are some highlights of our summer thus far...

 The weather has been great and you have been begging to "chak"!  You love to be outside and watch the birds and do bubbles!  Mommy has stocked up on a LOT of bubbles for the summer!

 You must have been really tired after our first couple days at home...you never sleep on me like this, but I will take advantage of it anytime!

 We went to Deanna Rose with Emily, Leslie, Max and Charlie today!  It was GREAT weather for it, you loved looking at the animals but would not get too close...I think you were a little scared!

Summer Vacation begins!!!!!!!!!

Today was your last day going to Jen's until August 8th!  I am SOOOOOO excited for this summer with you!  I've enrolled you in gymnastics, swim lessons and plan to take you to Deanna Rose, Zoo, the pool, story time at the Library and the splash grounds!  We are goings to have SO much fun together, we may not want to go back to school!

 HAPPY SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look how much you've grown and changed this school year!  You went from a near toothless, bottle feeding, crawling, babbling baby to a walking, talking, full mouth of teeth, 

people food eating toddler!!!!!!

15 month check up

Well...GOOD NEWS!  Dr. Bilhartz says you've had your biggest growth spurt in height since you were born!  That makes your shortie Mama proud.  He says you're doing well gaining weight, you weigh 23lbs!  And you're 31" tall, that's near the 65 percentile!  He was also impressed with how well you were doing socially.  He says you're saying way more words than you should be at this time, "she is speaking like a 2 year old."  Mama's very proud of you G, keep up the good work!

Zoo Trip

Today we went to the ZOO!  The last time we took you, you weren't walking to this time was quite different! You loved the Meerkats!  You could've stay to watch them forever I think!

Easter Week

This weekend we went to Liberty Oaks for your FIRST Easter Egg hunt!  Of course you weren't quite sure of what to do so Daddy helped you find the eggs!  You only found about 5 because you were too busy watching everyone else, but at least you had fun!

EASTER SUNDAY: The Easter bunny came this morning, you got a lot of fun things!  Including a Minnie Mouse ball and some much needed PJ's for your growing little self!

 Today was a much nicer day weather wise, so we got to wear some SPRING clothes over to Nani's! and wouldn't you know...the Easter Bunny came to visit you at Nani's too!
