Potty Training!

This week Mommy has off for Spring Break and Daddy and I thought it would be a great time to start potty training you because you've been asking about big girl panties and have even gone on the potty at home at Jen Jen's house.  We started our journey on Saturday...you peed through your panties over 8 times...and pooped once.  Not a good day...Sunday you did a little better, only a couple successes and many accidents.  Monday was ok,  the morning was rough, mommy cried in the bathroom when you weren't around...but Daddy came down in the afternoon and you went pee pee for him.  We had some successes on Monday night too!  Tuesday was even better, Emi and JoJo came over and hung out with us and you did so great going potty!  Needless to say, it's been a work in progress and I am proud of you thus far!

Fun at Mommy's School Events

The past couple weeks have been busy at mama's school!  We had a family fun night and a gymnastics night!  You had such a good time with mama's students and all the big girls loved you!

Snow Days

It's been very snowy here in KC and we've been stuck in the house.  So...to pass the time we painted, played with playdoh, and watched tv in mama's bed!  I sure have enjoyed playing with you while we watch the snow fall outside! 

Valentine's Day 2014

Today was the BEST Valentine's day Mommy has had in awhile, the only thing that could've made it better is if I had the day off and we could've spent the entire day as a family...

You and Daddy totally spoiled me with flowers this morning, the makeup I wanted, a memory box and a stepping stone kit for you to put your hand and foot prints in!  According to Daddy you helped him pick out everything yesterday...good work little one!  

Mommy and Daddy got you an Elmo movie and some M&M's!

Now back to our family Valentine's night...we had a BLAST!  We started the night rolling out sugar cookies, baking them and decorating them, then we ate heart shaped pizza, after that we had one of our yummy decorated cookies for dessert then we ended our family time watching Planes and of course cuddling on the couch!  I LOVED every second of my Valentines with you and daddy!

Gianna is TWO

Today you had your 2nd birthday!  We started the day by waking you up to Happy Birthday and then set off to go to lunch and Paradise Park.  After Paradise Park we ordered pizza and had cookies with Nani and Papa.  It was a GREAT day celebrating you!  We love you big girl!

We had your 2nd Birthday Party on 1/26/14...the theme was Purple & Pink!  It was a great party with all of your favorite people!  You had a GREAT 2nd Birthday!!!

Happy Halloween from Miss Bumble Bee

We celebrated Halloween in our new neighborhood!  You dressed as a bumble bee and you had so much fun trick or treating!  You even said "trick or treat" and "thank you" when you got your candy!  Next year daddy and I decided we would take the wagon so that you didn't have to walk so far...you got tired quickly tonight!  Happy Halloween!
